Abstract

AbstractIn the present paper, we studied the combined effect of hydrostatic pressure and temperature on ORC for a semi-parabolic 1-D InAs excitonic system is investigated under effective mass approximation and density matrix formalism is used to solve the Eigen function and Eigen energies. Effect of hydrostatic pressure and temperature on the OR has been studied for excitonic as well as without excitonic in the regime of strong confinement. The results showed a blue/red shift with application of hydrostatic pressure/temperature.KeywordsQuantum dotsHydrostatic pressureTemperatureORC
