TINJAUAN HUKUM TANDA TANGAN ELEKTRONIK (DIGITAL SIGNATURE) DALAM PERJANJIAN DAN TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK (E-COMMERCE)

Abstract

This study discusses the Legal Review Analysis of the Use of Electronic Signatures (Digital Signature) in Electronic Agreements and Transactions (E-Commerce).
