Abstract
Purpose/Objective(s): It has been shown previously that there is a linear relationship between lung FDG uptake and local radiation dose after mediastinal radiation therapy (see Guerrero et al, IJROBP 68:1030-1035, 2007). This study assesses the impact of post radiotherapy restaging 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging time interval on the spatially correlated SUV-dose response linear relationship.
