Abstract

The present work aims to determine some elements of political ethics in the university decolonization process, as a fundamental basis in the university transformation process. The methodology used was based on a descriptive type of research and a non- university autonomy and socialist ethics, University Law and authors such as Adolfo Sanchez Vazquez, Chivi Idon, Enrique Dussel among others. University education must experimental-transactional research design. The collection of the information required a theoretical review regarding the object of study, in general terms the policies emanating from the Ministry of Popular Power for University Education (MPPEU) referring to necessarily begin by exposing its origins, its culture, its values ??and principles within the framework of political ethics in the process of decolonization.
