Abstract
A composite model for quarks and leptons with three families is proposed: quarks and leptons (-5 + 10, 3)L of SU5GUT X SU3-family are provided as threepreon states {fx284-01} while the other light-fermion states are forbidden by « generalized Pauli principle » and « survival hypothesis ». Possible composite Higgs bosons are also discussed.
