Abstract

With the development of science and technology, the 21st century has entered the era of automation. In the machinery, automobile, logistics and other industries, the demand for automatic handling vehicles is gradually increasing, and more and more companies need new warehousing and logistics vehicles. Based on the principle of 3D printer optical axis movement, this project team designed a warehousing logistics transportation machine. The logistics trolley adopts machine vision, which can recognize the representations of different colors and different shapes, and realize the grasping and transportation of designated objects. At the same time, the machine uses infrared sensors to automatically track and perform operations throughout the entire process without any manual operation. The logistics trolley is composed of a traveling mechanism, a clamp grasping mechanism, a clamp moving mechanism, and a storage mechanism. The weight of the whole machine is less than 15kg, which realizes the lightweight of the trolley.
