Abstract

The thermoactivated-mechanism model is extended to study the thermal activation during the magnetization process in bistable amorphous Fe-base microwires. The complex potential of the single domain wall is taken into account. The thermoactivated-mechanism model gives us a possibility to decompose the domain wall potential into two contributions, magnetoelastic and relaxation. Their role under the different applied measuring condition (stress, time) is studied separately.
