Abstract
Physical activity is defined as any body movement produced by skeletal muscles that require expenditure. It enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. In physical exercises, ankle sprain is the most common musculoskeletal injuries. The ankle may twist inward as a result of sudden or unexpected movement. This causes one or more ligaments around the ankle joint to stretch or tear.
