Abstract
The reverse extrusion operation of steel pipe by a conical punch for manufacture of semi-finished parts of the "body" type with a difference in wall thickness along the height is considered. Computer simulation and mathematical modelling of this process is carried out. Rational modes of deformation during reverse extrusion of pipe blanks are established.
