Abstract

In this article is considered scientific research states of involvement the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine employees to the pre-trial investigation is investigated, after all expansion and deepening of scientific researches in the field of forensic activity. The comprehensive analysis and generalization of scientific and theoretical material and formulation of relevant conclusions. Special attention was paid to the analysis of separate scientific researches that carried out in the form of doctoral, candidate dissertations, monographs, a number of scientific articles, educational and methodical materials. It gives grounds to the conclusion questions of interaction of experts with investigators, operatives, defenders, their use of special knowledge many domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners are of interest to their activities, as well as the involvement of employees of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the pre-trial investigation in the context of modern adversarial criminal proceedings. A general conclusion is stated that the further development of the science criminology and criminal procedure contributes to the expansion and deepening of scientific provisions on the institution of involving an expert in the pre-trial investigation; organizational, methodological and informational support of the activities of experts, investigators, operational units and prosecutors.
