Abstract

A mathematical model is presented for solving the problem of constructing an optimal schedule for the Jerusalem artichoke harvesting process in the case when all the parameters of the mathematical model are known exactly. An algorithm for constructing an optimal graph is proposed. Various strategies of the harvesting process are considered under the uncertainty of some model parameters. The results of computational experiments are presented, which make it possible to evaluate various strategies for the process of harvesting Jerusalem artichoke from the point of view of increasing the finished product at the end of the processing of raw materials.
