Abstract
This is not intended to be a formal academic report, but an account telling a story of an initiative arising out of the perceived needs and heartfelt concern of teachers who wanted to be able to deliver a religious education programme which was distinctly Catholic and based on sound educational principles and practices. The whole series is the fruit of authentic spiritual discernment particularly when unexpected challenges arose. This journal encourages reports of teacher initiated educational innovation. This is one such report.
