Abstract

The possibility of formulating the general characteristics of the viscosity as a function of the solvent type, concentration, temperature, molecular weight and chemical non-uniformity of the macromolecules has been shown on the solutions of a number of polycapramide samples with diverse non-uniformities of their macromolecules. The preferred methods of generalizing the concentration dependence of the viscosity of polycapramide solutions are those based on the Budtov theoretical equation and the Schultz-Blaschke empirical equation.
