Abstract

Based on the, this paper establishes a simplified model of the brush slip ring system to simulate the temperature field of the brush slip ring system, thus providing a basis for the temperature detection of the brush slip ring system. In addition, simulation of temperature and current density in the event of uneven current distribution is carried out. The uneven current density distribution directly affects the temperature of the brush slip. It is proposed to detect the temperature of the brush slip directly through detecting the magnitude of current.
