Abstract
RELEASEFROMDEBTSINTHEPROCEDUREOFINSOLVENCY(BANKRUPTCY)OFACITIZEN:NEWCHALLENGES The article considers the institute of bankruptcy of citizens, its basic features and tendencies of development. It is grounded that in the conditions of growing economic crisis the given institute of the Russian bankruptcy law will develop because of its actual simplicity in realization, relative cheapness and typical character of the judicial practice connected with release or not release of citizens from debts in procedure of bankruptcy. The article suggests the idea that in this area it is possible to apply artificial intelligence for the analysis of the grounds of release from obligations of the citizen.
