Abstract
Considering the production condition of a special steel company, this paper studies the planning making method of synchronizing steelmaking and hot rolling utilizing the techniques of expert system and so on, which provides the information of the material flow in order to realize the integrated schedule. It also solves the problem of coordinating the material flow in steelmaking, continuous casting and hot rolling, reducing the store of semimanufactures and lowering the wasting of the energy.
