Abstract
The improvement of the study of the standard of living of the population by Kazakhstani scientists is reduced to revealing the essence of the concept of the standard of living through needs, and in this case it is very difficult to quantify its magnitude. In general, the standard of living of the population depends on the quantitative and qualitative changes in the values of factor characteristics. It is very important to know the quantitative interactions of the factors that make up the environment and the life support system of the population.Therefore, improving the methodological provisions of modeling and forecasting the interaction of indicators of living standards, in our opinion, is relevant. Since gaining independence, the Republic of Kazakhstan has laid the foundations for sustainable economic and social development in order to create a state of law with a liberal socially oriented economy. From an economic point of view, this transition means the transition of a planned economy from full state ownership to an economy with a large share of private ownership
