Spatial Optimization and Mode Analysis of Primary Industry Structure in Yellow River Delta

With the support of the total output of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry and industry value of cultivating industry, forestry industry, animal husbandry industry and fishery industry of 19 country-level units in Yellow River Delta in 2007, the paper calculated the variation index of economic development based on country level, the MDS analysis was explored for primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry and compared with spatial difference characteristics of 19 country-level units in Yellow River Delta. The study carried out the analysis of combination analysis of primary, secondary and tertiary industry, and optimized the cultivating industry, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry. Autocorrelation characteristics was clarified by Moran‘s I calculation, the new development mode of agricultural industrial structure was systemically concluded that the different mode presented in the different country units. The results showed that the industry evolution stage of primary, secondary and tertiary industry structure of 19 country units is in primary and tertiary industries stage and secondary, primary and tertiary industries stage according to industry structure stages theory, the obvious characteristics is that the cultivating industry value has spatial variability based on classical statistics combinig with universal Kriging. The emphasis of industry adjustment should be the focus on the secondary industry driving transformation into the primary, secondary and tertiary industries jointly driving economic growth, straight-pushing mode and tilting mode were put forward to new ideas about promoting industrial optimization and coordination development in Yellow River Delta. The study drew a conclusion that the measures were took to optimize industrial structure of cultivating industry, forestry industry, animal husbandry and fishery industry by combing straight-pushing mode with tilting mode, during the coordination development, focused on association effects of land and marine industry, extended agriculture industrialization chain and formed the diversification mode.

Empirical study on factors influencing farmers' income in Zhaoqing City

A significant portion of farmers' income comes from the primary industry. Based on time series data from 1985 to 2020, this study empirically examines the relationship between farmers' real income in Zhaoqing City and the actual output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, and service industry using methods such as unit root test, cointegration analysis, elimination of multicollinearity, and elimination of serial correlation. The results show that: · Animal husbandry and fishery have no significant impact on farmers' real income in Zhaoqing City; · Agriculture, forestry, and the agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery service industry have a significant impact on farmers' real income in Zhaoqing City. Specifically, for every 100 million yuan increase in the output value of agriculture, farmers' per capita disposable income increases by an average of 0.0717%; for every 100 million yuan increase in the output value of forestry, farmers' per capita disposable income increases by an average of 0.1056%; for every 100 million yuan increase in the output value of the agricultural, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery service industry, farmers' per capita disposable income increases by an average of 0.0858%; · The impact has a significant positive effect with a lag of 3 years. Based on the research findings, some policy recommendations are provided.

Analysis on driving factors of improvement of quality and efficiency and transformation development of grasslands and animal husbandry industry

During the past several decades, the traditional agriculture structure has been unsustainable since decrease in grain consumption and increase in animal food consumption, resulting in a large number of grain to be used as forage. Grasslands and animal husbandry will gradually become the agricultural mainstream and lead the agriculture to get out of dilemma. Therefore, the cropping structure should be adjusted timely because the lower productivity of grassland for animal husbandry that is far not satisfied for human needs. Understanding how to solve the problems of “three rural” and “three animal husbandry” is of high importance for facing the growing demands for food structure and the desire for ecological civilization. Although grasslands and animal husbandry has developed vibrantly and achieved some achievements, forage grass and livestock production are considerably low and the industrial capacity is insufficient, and facing enormous challenges. Certainly, the development potential of grass and animal husbandry is also huge due to fast growing market demand in China. Our analysis showed that developing “animal-husbandry development” model by relying on scientific and technological innovation, talent construction, social needs and national policy support, which grasslands and animal husbandry industry will rapidly transform and develop, is an effective way to promote the forage grass and livestock production in China. We also discussed the driven factors about improvement of quality and efficiency and transformation development of grasslands and animal husbandry industry, and proposed seven principles for the development of “animal-husbandry development” in China, including construction of high quality forage production system, breeding and promotion of improved varieties, ecological protection of natural grassland, exploring different regional development modes and optimizing the industrial development environment. Grass animal husbandry development has reached breaking point, must optimize the structure of the industrial for the combination of economic, ecological and social benefits the coordinated development of the green road. At the same time, modern industrial development modes should be introduced to reform the traditional prataculture and agricultural and achieve a sustainable developing stage. Moreover, the society has provided a good opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of grassland and animal husbandry by the construction of ecological engineering and the protection of national food security. These will help us to realize the improvement of efficiency and quality, increase industrial benefits and the industrialization level, finally explore a sustainable development way with effective output, safe production, resource conservation and environment-friendly.

Study of spatial-temporal peculiarities of the animal husbandry development in Ukraine

For several decades, negative trends have been visible in animal husbandry, which in the future may become prerequisites for a food crisis on the territory of Ukraine. That is why the study of spatial-temporal dynamics, as well as the selection of areas of specialization of individual branches of the animal husbandry sector, is quite important and relevant. Purpose. To study the specialization of the animal husbandry complex of Ukraine and to identify sectoral disproportions in animal husbandry in the regions of Ukraine. Methods: Statistical, cartographic, comparative-geographical. Results. We have collected and analyzed the statistical materials of the Main Department of Statistics regarding livestock in the animal husbandry industry in Ukraine for 2009 and 2019. It was found that in all branches, except for poultry, there is a noticeable tendency to reduce livestock. On the basis of the collected statistical data, coefficients of specialization in the animal husbandry industry were calculated. According to the results of the calculations, maps were developed, on which the spatial-temporal trends of changes in the areas of specialization of the branches of the animal husbandry complex of Ukraine were highlighted. We identified the main reasons that negatively affected the development of animal husbandry in Ukraine, which included: insufficient state and financial support for the industry; decrease in the share of the rural working population; lack of subsidies for the animal husbandry industry; unprofitability of production; outdated material base and labor-intensive production. Conclusions. According to the research results, it was found that the livestock number in the animal husbandry industry has a tendency to decrease over the last ten years. Positive dynamics are present only in the poultry industry.Identifying the reasons that led to negative trends in animal husbandry became a further basis for developing solutions that could solve these problems. These include: financial support of the industry and attraction of investments; state subsidies; development of selection and breeding business; updating the material and technical base.

[Purpose] The development of agriculture and animal husbandry in Tibet is basically based on the interlaced development of agriculture and animal husbandry in mountainous areas. The interlaced agricultural and animal husbandry areas in mountainous areas are the unity of special, harmonious and harmonious regional small environment. The special attributes of mountainous areas determine the rich agricultural and animal husbandry resources, ecological development cycle areas, characteristic agricultural products areas and tourism. The division and regionalization of recreational zones and the optimal combination and utilization of agricultural and animal husbandry resources in mountainous ecotone have very important effects on promoting the benign cycle of regional agricultural and animal husbandry economic development, the development of urban integration and the protection of industrial ecological environment. [Method]On the basis of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper analyses and evaluates in detail the optimal combination and utilization mode of agricultural and animal husbandry resources in mountainous ecotone area by means of management induction, [Result]that is, the modern high-efficiency utilization mode of new energy, the green integration development mode of "chain fusion" in seed and culture, and the multi-level agricultural capital. Four basic modes, i.e. the mode of efficient utilization of resources and the mode of recreational sightseeing and sightseeing in mountainous agriculture and animal husbandry. [Conclusion] The above four modes of optimal combination and utilization of agricultural and animal husbandry resources are the basic macro-combination modes of agricultural and animal husbandry resources in the mountainous ecotone of Tibet. They are discussed in detail from the perspectives of natural resources utilization, agricultural products production and processing, agricultural and animal husbandry production and construction, and eco-tourism development in order to provide better services. Development and construction of agricultural and animal husbandry circular economy in Tibet. Finally, according to the characteristics of Tibet's own development, this paper puts forward to promote the integration of scientific concepts, the strength of scientific and technological support, and the fund guarantee system in the basic fields, and to strengthen the integration of farmer-herdsman cooperatives and market organizations in practical application. Preliminary study on development of city animal husbandry industrialization

As an important part of agriculture, animal husbandry is not only the sun-rising industry, but also the advantage industry to increase farmers' income. Today, the industrialization of animal husbandry as a product of the socialist market economic development, has become key means for a sustained and stable development of animal husbandry. Dingxi City has a long history of the development of animal husbandry and livestock natural resources which provide a solid foundation, plus there are good transport conditions. Advantages of natural resources, location and other aspects of animal husbandry make Dingxi as dominant industries. Using of the existing advantages to achieve industrialization and intensification. In this paper, the development of the rural animal husbandry industrialization is preliminarily explored in the case of Dingxi City. Combined with the current situation of the animal husbandry industrialization in Dingxi City, the paper puts forward some problems. In view of the mentioned problems, this paper focuses on the industrialization of rural animal husbandry, and puts forward the following suggestions: cultivating and strengthening leading enterprises to play their leading role in animal husbandry industry chain; enhance the construction of animal husbandry professional cooperation organizations; continue to promote the training of talents and constantly strengthen the construction of socialized service system, and so on.

Basra Governorate is one of the important governorates in Iraq, which includes a large number of large industrial facilities. These establishments vary in terms of specialization. The most important of these industries are agro-industries, specifically food industries. These factories produce more than ten types of food, as well as the petrochemical industries complex is localised in the governorate, which produces many oil derivatives that enter many industries. Accordingly, the industrial reality of agricultural industries in Iraq and chemical industries was studied and the study of the industrial cluster strategy was applied to the two industries with, representation of the role of chemical-based plastic industries in agricultural industries. The three industries are connected links that form an industrial cluster in themselves, if it is established, this will support the agricultural industries in a distinctive way. A map of the geographical distribution of the agricultural and chemical industries in the governorate was drawn. The results were in favour of the settlement of the two industries together in three important districts in the governorate, indicating that industrial clusters have a major role in the agricultural industries by the chemical industries, and the research ended with recommendations for government support for that important .strategy

The Labour Rights Protection of Migrant Fishing Workers in Taiwan: Case Study of Nan-Fang-Ao Fishing Harbor

Marine fisheries are undeniably important to Taiwan in terms of economic development and industrial strategies. In the past 10 years, Taiwan’s fishery GDP accounted for 14% to 21% of all agriculture, forestry, fishery, and animal husbandry, which is higher than both animal husbandry and forestry. Since the domestic population structure of Taiwan has changed, the domestic fishery industrial labor force has gradually been replaced by migrant fishing workers. The issue of migrant fishing workers’ protection has received attention from non-governmental organizations, and cross-national recruitment administration has become the greatest challenge faced by Taiwan’s authority. Therefore, this paper describes the necessary protection of the labor conditions and interests of migrant fishermen by analyzing their status and human rights protection in the historical development of Taiwan’s marine fisheries. In addition, considering the well-being of migrant fishing workers, this paper conducts a feasibility assessment on the operation of the “Nan-Fang-Ao Fishermen’s Hostel” at the Nan-Fang-Ao Fishing Harbor and illustrates the urgent need to re-examine the migrant fishing workers’ protection. This paper suggests that the government agencies should actively advise employers to accept migrant fishermen’s requests for better living environments onshore and guarantee basic living conditions.

with the popularization of wUAV technology, information technology, artificial intelligence and automation technology, it is a more realistic problem to apply these modern technological to the traditional animal husbandry and aquaculture industry. This will greatly liberate human resources, improve modern production efficiency, and will be of great help to improve the output, product quality and other conveniences. Applying artificial intelligence to modern animal husbandry and animal husbandry and aquaculture technology can intelligently identify animals of different weights and stages, feed differently, and improve the output rate of high-quality feeding animals. On the basis of investigation and Research on different types of sheep houses, the paper formulates optimization and improvement plan for the shortcomings of existing sheep houses, applies information technology in the field of animal husbandry science, improves the automation and intelligence level of goat houses, through the crossdisciplines of automated feeding, precision feeding, automatic door closure, photographic weighting, UAV sheep farm patrol, and herd behavior image analysis, etc. The research and development of new technology has developed a new sheep house for meat goats suitable for use in Agricultural Area, carried out research on microclimate environment regulation and control of different types of sheep houses, formulated corresponding control schemes, and carried out demonstration application in the project area to improve the health status of sheep and increase production efficiency.

Innovative extraction technologies of bioactive compounds from plant by-products for textile colorants and antimicrobial agents

The agriculture and horticulture industries generate many by-products while processing commodities, leading to significant environmental and societal dilemmas. Bioactive compounds obtained from by-products of plants are also known as ingredients in traditional medicines and the food industry due to their potential health benefits for humans as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial agents. On the other hand, an extensive array of colorants from natural sources has been scrutinized recently in different sectors to mitigate the negative ecological impacts of synthetic dyes, especially in modern textile manufacturing. Approaching these matters, this paper reviews various chemical compositions of plant secondary metabolites, including flavonoids, tannins, phenolic acids, essential oils, tulipalins, and factors that influence the isolation process. Moreover, the article offers an updated view of the advanced technologies for extraction, focusing on eco-friendly solvents such as water, supercritical carbon dioxide, and deep eutectic solvents. Eventually, a comparison of different extraction methods is highlighted to devise the most appropriate strategy for industries. Graphical abstract

Global Climate Change and the Industrial Animal Agriculture Link: The Construction of Risk

This paper examines discourses of stakeholders regarding global climate change to assess whether and how they construct industrial animal agriculture as posing a risk. The analysis assesses whether these discourses have shifted since the release of Livestock’s Long Shadow, a report by the United Nation’s Food and Agriculture Organization, which indicated that the industrial animal agriculture sector as a whole contributes more to global climate change than the transportation sector. Using Ulrich Beck’s theorizing of the “risk society,” this paper examines how various animal rights and welfare groups, environmental organizations, meat industry stakeholders, governmental agencies, and newspapers in Canada, the United States, and internationally investigate and construct industrial animal agriculture as a risk, if at all, and how their respective discourses conflict. The findings indicate that while some stakeholders acknowledge industrial animal agriculture’s contribution to global climate change, for the most part the problematization of animal agriculture has not increased since the release of Livestock’s Long Shadow, and the animal agriculture industry has seemingly not lost its power to “rationalize risk.”

Spatial and Temporal Evolution of the Coupling of Industrial Agglomeration and Carbon Emission Efficiency—Evidence from China’s Animal Husbandry Industry

Drawing upon the data of China’s animal husbandry industry from 2000 to 2020 in 30 provinces, an EBM model incorporating non-desired outputs was employed to gauge the carbon emission efficiency of the animal husbandry industry. Coupling degree models, spatial autocorrelation models, and Markov chain models were utilized to assess the coupling degree between the industrial agglomeration of the animal husbandry sector and its carbon emission efficiency, and to analyze its spatio-temporal distribution and evolution. The outcomes showed that (1) the coupling degree of China’s animal husbandry industry agglomeration and carbon emission efficiency exhibited an overall downward inclination. Notably, the diminishing tendency of the coupling degree was more pronounced in the eastern, central, and western parts of the country; (2) the coupling degree of the 30 provinces showed a spatial distribution of “western > central > northeast > eastern”; (3) the coupling degree showed obvious agglomeration distribution characteristics, wherein a substantial quantity of provinces was located in high–high clustering zones and low–low clustering zones; (4) the coupling degree of various provinces remained fairly stable, but after considering the spatial and geographical correlation, the coupling degree of each province would be influenced by the coupling degree of its adjacent provinces. Evidently, there remained a substantial scope for the enhancement of the coupling coordination degree between the industrial agglomeration of China’s animal husbandry and the carbon emission efficiency. This research is capable of furnishing a theoretical allusion for promoting regional cooperation, leveraging agglomeration advantages, and implementing carbon emission abatement regimes and directives to enhance the low-carbon development level of animal husbandry industry agglomeration in China.

As a result, there has been a significant rise in scientific inquiries and published literature exploring the intersection of risk management and artificial intelligence in the agriculture sector. This academic paper examines the potential of AI in the field of risk management in the agriculture industry, as well as its implications for improving productivity, profitability, and sustainability. The utilization of AI technologies has led to significant progress in the domains of precision agriculture, resource management, and decision-making protocols. The findings of this study suggest that the incorporation of AI into risk management strategies in the agricultural industry holds promise for improving resilience and adaptability. Nevertheless, the application of AI holds the potential to improve agricultural practices, hence increasing output and promoting the development of sustainable and efficient food production systems. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the potential applications AI in risk management within the agriculture industry and examines the implications it holds for the future of the sector.
