Abstract
The study of electrical conditions is reduced to determining the current value flowing through the human body in a variety of circumstances, in which it may be in the operation of electrical installations. Network voltage up to 1000 V with neutral grounding mode and exposed conductive parts (neutralling) are widespread in Russia and Central Asia. Electrical safety in such networks at indirect contact is provided by inclusion of any single-phase circuits on the cabinet with a fuse or circuit breaker. However, it is known that neutralling does not provide the required level of electrical safety in some cases. At the same time, conditions are created for the group electrocution, including fatalities, since power consumers with voltage up to 1000 V are often operated by non-electricians lacking knowledge of appearance and risk of electric shock. The article describes the computer model for study of conditions of neutralling electrical system generated with MATLAB+Simulink software.
