Abstract
Respect for the rule of law is of central importance in military disciplinary proceedings. This article analyses the basic legal mechanisms to ensure respect for the rule of law in the structures of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. At the same time, it discusses practically important procedural institutions that directly support it. It also addresses the principles of interpretation of military disciplinary regulations.
