Abstract
The West Lampung Regency General Election Commission plays an important role in fulfilling the political rights of people with disabilities. Problems in fulfilling the political rights of disabilities include limited accessibility which makes it difficult for people with disabilities to participate in general elections or express other political aspirations. There are still many people with disabilities whose rights have not been fulfilled. This research uses qualitative research with the type of field research or field research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the role of the West Lampung Regency general election commission is in fulfilling the political rights of people with disabilities, such as making it easier to participate in general elections. West Lampung KPU provides accessibility according to the type of person with disabilities.
