Introduction. Social Inclusion-Based Special Library (PKBIS) is a transformation of library services that places the community as an active subject in utilizing information to improve welfare. This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of PKBIS in empowering agricultural communities in two assisted locations, namely the Leuwiliang and Cibungbulang Agricultural Extension Centers (BPP), Bogor Regency. Research Methods. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative survey involving 24 respondents, including service users, BPP managers, and PKBIS assistants. Data analysis. Data were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to identify gaps between expectations and service performance. Results. Shows that no service attribute reaches the maximum level of conformity (100%), with an average conformity of 82.11%. Attributes that require priority improvement are in the aspects of proposal assistance and strengthening farmer institutions. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening mentoring strategies, preparing literacy materials based on local needs, and increasing the capacity of PKBIS managers. Conclusion. The PKBIS at BPP Leuwiliang and Cibungbulang effectively empowers farming communities through information access and capacity building, although the average service conformity level is only 82.11%. Improvements are needed in proposal preparation assistance and strengthening farmer institutions to optimize the potential of PKBIS as a driver of regional development.

Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY is the unit that implements library material services to improve the library services quality. Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY has various library services to carry out its duties and responsibilities. The provision of library services must be oriented towards community satisfaction. So, the aim of this research is to measure the extent to which the library services quality at the Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY uses a new method, namely the integration of the Libqual model and the IPA method. This research also aims to identify influencing factors in the quality of library services and prepare recommendations for improvement. This research uses four dimensions and 26 indicators of the Libqual model to measure service quality. The results show that the average level of suitability of library services quality is 96.19%, and the average level of discrepancy is -0.13. This indicates that the performance of library services still needs to meet community expectations. Next, the result of the IPA analysis is some indicators require quality improvement, namely the Personal Control indicators (PC3, PC5, and PC6) and Information Access (IA1 and IA4), even though they are not the main priority.

Service is an activity where a company helps customers solve their problems. Good service quality can make customers loyal to the company. To maintain service quality, service performance is measured. The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is one method that can be used to measure service performance from a customer perspective. Qanaah Carpet Shop is a business that operates in the field of goods and services. By using the IPA method, Toko Qanaah Karpet measures its service performance manually using paper media, which makes analysis ineffective and inefficient. This research aims to build an information system that can analyze service quality using the IPA method. The analysis was carried out by measuring 30 service attributes which were divided into 5 dimensions, namely: Tangible (Physical evidence), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee), and Empathy (Empathy). Data collected through a questionnaire involved 50 respondents. The results of this research show that there are 6 attributes in quadrant A, 10 attributes in quadrant B, 8 attributes in quadrant C, and 6 attributes in quadrant D. Companies can take action to maintain and improve service attributes in accordance with the recommendations from the results of this research.

The Puskesmas is a district/city service technical implementation unit in a place or work area that is responsible for organizing health development. The method applied is Importance Performance Analysis Method. This method is one method that is often used in measuring service quality. After that, an assessment will be carried out involving the patient to find out how the quality of the service provided by the Outpatient Officers of the Padang Bulan Medan PUSKESMAS is in accordance with the patient's expectations or not. The IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method is very good and accurate in analyzing customer satisfaction. The implementation of services at PUSKESMAS Padang Bulan in general reflects a good level of quality. This is proven by the 23 service attributes in general reflecting a very good level of quality, as evidenced by the average value of the satisfaction level of 87.70\%. Based on the results of data processing and analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, there is a difference between the quality of service expected by patients. Based on the results of data processing and analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, it can be seen that the value of W count < W Table, namely "17" $<$ "434" indicates that the H0 test is rejected, meaning that there is a difference between the quality of performance expected by patients and the quality of performance received by patients.

Jember Pratama Tax Office is a government institution that is required to provide excellent service to taxpayers so that service user (customer) satisfaction can be achieved. Service quality is one of the important elements that can measure taxpayer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of service quality of KPP Pratama Jember to taxpayers using the SERVQUAL method and to determine the priority of improving the quality of KPP Pratama Jember services using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with 100 respondents. This study uses the SERVQUAL method with five service dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Then the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method is also used to determine the priority of each attribute. Based on the research results, the highest GAP is in the responsiveness dimension with a GAP of 0.21 (negative) and there are three attributes in quadrant I that have the highest priority for improvement, including the speed of the Jember Pratama Tax Office in providing services, the ability of the Jember Pratama Tax Office in assisting Taxpayers by providing clear information, and Jember Pratama Tax Office conveys service procedures in communicative language that is easy for taxpayers to understand.

In analyzing the level of customer satisfaction, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method can be used. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pintu 4 USU branch. This study uses a descriptive analysis research type with a quantitative approach, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Based on all the results of the research stages, it can be concluded that the attributes that need to be considered and are the main priority for improvement are quadrant I. Furthermore, the calculation using the level of suitability of service quality values to bank customer satisfaction reached a value of 95.24%. Thus, overall customers are satisfied with the performance of bank services at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pintu 4 USU branch.

To determine the quality of the Population Administration and Civil Registration Service website in Ogan Ilir Regency and to determine the level of user satisfaction in this study, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method with a descriptive quantitative approach was used. The variable dimension for the questionnaire used is the E-GovQual (E-Government Quality) method which consists of 5 variables, namely ease of use, trust, reliability, content and appreance of information system, and citizen support distributed to 99 respondents. The IPA method itself has 3 stages of analysis, namely GAP analysis, conformity analysis, and Cartesian diagrams then the data is processed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the main priority in improvement is indicators no. 3 and 11. With gap analysis, 17 negative indicators are obtained. and 5 positive indicators which means that almost all attributes have not met user expectations. While the average value of the level of conformity is 97%, which means users are not satisfied with the performance of Admindukcapil services because the value of the level of conformity is <100%. Service can be said to be satisfactory, if the service can meet community satisfaction. A satisfaction is achieved if the service received by the community is in accordance with what is expected. To determine the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration, North Central Timor Districts, it is necessary to have a system to measure the level of community satisfaction. The measurement of community satisfaction is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which considers the level of interest or expectations of the respondents, with indicators or dimensions in the form of physical tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The result of this research is the construction of a website-based Measurement System that is able to determine the level of community satisfaction with the performance of the services provided. Measurement using the IPA method, obtained performance that must be improved or reduced based on its quadrant mapping with 25 attributes, which are divided into 4 quadrants, namely quadrant I (main priority) 8attributes, quadrant II (maintain achievement) 3 attributes, quadrant III (low priority) 3 attributes, and quadrant IV (excessive) 11 attributes.

Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) Are one of the most important parts of the Indonesian economy. Barbershop or barbershop business is one of the UMKM that is growing quite rapidly. Service quality is an important factor in determining whether or not consumers are satisfied. There are several factors that affect customer satisfaction at the barbershop. Namely service quality using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and service quality using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods on consumer satisfaction in barbershop SMEs in Sragen. The variables used in research II are Quality of Service using the Importance Performance Analysis method (X1), Quality of service using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This study used a purposive sampling technique used to collect quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaire data on MSME actors which are then analyzed using the SPSS software application version 26.0. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the average conformity level is 104% with a range of values that are in the range of 92% to 123%. The attribute that has a value of 92% is the addition of lighting in the barbershop area and the attribute that has a value of 123% is a chair for a comfortable haircut. That the result of calculating the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the quality of service and services of Something Barbershop Sragen is 77.36%. The satisfaction index is in the range of 66-80% which means that overall consumers are satisfied with the quality of service at Something Barbershop Sragen.

Measuring the level of community satisfaction at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office still uses a complaint box, where people can write suggestions on a piece of paper and then enter the suggestion through the box provided with two options, namely satisfied and dissatisfied. This is certainly less effective and takes a long time in measuring the level of community satisfaction due to the absence of a definite indicator in assessing satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office can assist administrators in managing data on the assessment of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, can provide information on the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office, and can facilitate the community, especially those in the Central Lebong Sub-District area, in providing an assessment of satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office. The application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method in measuring the level of community satisfaction with service performance at the Central Lebong Sub-District Head Office was built web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can be accessed via the url link https://surveikecamatanlebongtengah.online/. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it is found that this application is very helpful in managing and evaluating data on community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District so that the level of community satisfaction is known and this application can be used as a forum for the community in providing community satisfaction assessment of services at the Sub-District Head Office of Central Lebong District.

The general objective of this research was to determine the level of importance and need for halal attributes in Kota Pariaman hotels. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. This research was conducted on halal attributes with the IPA method at the Shafira Syariah hotel and the Al-Madinah hotel, Pariaman City. The time of this research was March - April 2023. Based on the description and results of the level of importance and halal requirements for the attributes of the Shafira and Al-Madinah hotels, Pariaman City, using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which has been stated above, it can be concluded in general, as many 52% of guests stated that the halal attribute was very important at the Shafrira Syariah and Al-Madinah Hotels, Pariaman City.

The increasingly rapid advancement of technology has an indirect impact on humans. Computers are one of the results of technological advances that can help humans improve the quality and quantity of work. By using computers as one of the tools in presenting data information, especially data processing supported by PHP and MySQL applications, it can support the speed of data processing as efficiently as possible. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method. The IPA method is a method used to map the relationship between interests and performance of each attribute to meet consumer satisfaction by providing a Likert scale. While the CSI method is a method used to determine the level of consumer satisfaction as a whole by looking at the level of satisfaction of product and service attributes. Based on the combination of the IPA and CSI methods carried out directly in the field using interview techniques, as well as by studying books related to the problems discussed, it is expected that the new system that will be implemented can improve the quality of information so that it can be useful for the relevant agencies. The results of this study are based on the consumer satisfaction index of 82.24% , so that by applying these two methods, it can find consumer satisfaction in increasing curtain sales.

Pharmaceutical services are direct and responsible services to patients related to pharmacy to achieve real results and improve patients' quality of life. This study aims to analyze the improvement of pharmaceutical services at the Kimia Farma 36 Ijen Pharmacy using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach through questionnaire instruments. The SERVQUAL (Service Quality) model was used to measure the pharmaceutical service questionnaire. Sampling by the Accidental sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to patients or families of patients who redeem prescriptions at the Pharmacy in February 2023. The questionnaire refers to the research of Parasuraman, A., Zeithaml, V. A., & Berry adapted to the research context in the pharmacy. The dimensions are empathy, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and tangibility, which are divided into importance and performance. The IPA method will analyze performance as the X axis and Importance as the Y. The results show that the service aspects require urgent improvement to improve service quality and patient satisfaction. Aspects that need to be improved include product completeness, the physical appearance of the pharmacy building, cleanliness, comfort, and neatness of the pharmacy, as well as the appearance and service of pharmacy officers. Overall, the results of this analysis provide clear guidance on the priorities for improvements that need to be made at Pharmacy Kimia Farma 36 Ijen.

This study aims to evaluate the quality of kayooh coffee and analyze consumer satisfaction with the quality of kayooh coffee using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the results of calculations using the IPA method, it shows that the attributes that enter quadrant II or maintain performance need to be improved and maintained, namely: taste (95.15%), aroma (96.13%), easy to dissolve (88.95%), refreshing (88.59%) , packaging type (91.91%), package suitability (94.77%), shelf life (93.49%), packaging design (92.57%), packaging practicality (91.06%). The results of the analysis in the IPA method have an average conformity level of (93.01%). It can be concluded that the performance of kayooh coffee is in line with consumer expectations. Based on the results of research using the CSI method, it is known that the level of consumer satisfaction with kayooh coffee is 78.8%, which means that the level of customer satisfaction of kayooh coffee is in the category satisfied with the performance of each attribute in kayooh coffee. UD. Kopi Rakyat must improve and pay attention to each of the attributes that are in quadrant II (taste, aroma, soluble, refreshing, type of packaging, suitability of packaging, shelf life, packaging design, practicality of packaging) kayooh coffee in order to improve the quality of kayooh dan coffee. increase customer satisfaction.

Analysis of The Quality of Health Services for Out Patient Patients at RSU Royal Prima Medan Using The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method

The Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method aims to measure the relationship between consumer perceptions and priorities for improving product/service quality, also known as quadrant analysis. Research was conducted at RSU Royal Prima Medan to determine the quality of hospital services on outpatient satisfaction and the level of conformity between outpatient expectations and service performance levels, so the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method was used to measure this. There were 19 questions in the questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents where the respondents were outpatients. The results of the research obtained for patient satisfaction was 4.03 based on the consumer satisfaction index. In this score, outpatients were satisfied with the services provided by the health workers at RSU Royal Prima Medan. Furthermore, for the IPA Cartesian diagram there are several attributes that must be improved in order to improve quality. service, these attributes are in quadrant I where these attributes are the main priority for improvement.
