Abstract

Strips of dog saphenous vein were preincubated with 1.4 μM 3H-(±)-adrenaline or 3H-(−)-noradrenaline and then perifused and electrically stimulated. The effects of some drugs on the metabolism of the released amine was studied through the estimation of the different 3H-compounds appearing both in the spontaneous outflow and in the overflow evoked by electrical stimulation.
