Abstract

The balance of intestinal microbiome is very important for a healthy human body, especially for the immune and endocrine systems. In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to changes in the intestinal microbiome in the pathogenesis of various endocrine diseases, including thyroid disease. Along with the main treatments, the selected probiotics can play an important role in the treatment of thyroid pathologies. A probiotic is a non-pathogenic living organism, the adequate dose of which provides significant benefits to the host organism. It has the ability to restore intestinal permeability by improving mucosal function and increase intestinal motility.  A very good example of such probiotic is "UltraBiotique"- Probiotic presented by  French Company "Vitarmonil", having high quality and experience and has been well established on the Georgian market.
