Abstract
Numerous studies have attempted to define the predictive value and/or the need for Estradiol (E2) supplementation in IVF cycles. Most studies have been performed on stimulated IVF cycles where multi-follicular response and LP support mask physiologic E2 levels during implantation. By utilizing a natural cycle, frozen embryo transfer (FET) model we intend to define the relevance of luteal phase E2 during implantation.
