Abstract

In the process of globalization taking place in a modern dynamically developing society, the subjects meeting the needs of the labor market are active, prone to changing working conditions, prone to self-education and improvement, especially business people with full professional competencies. Their peculiarity is the ability to actively think, critical thinking, independent assimilation of new knowledge. The competence-based approach is one of the most important methodological means of bringing the education system of Kazakhstan closer to foreign educational systems within the framework of the Bologna process. The article considers the competence approach primarily as an approach based on learning outcomes.
