Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study linguistic and extralinguistic factors that contribute to the regulation of national terminology. An attempt to establish the standards of this lexicographic source in the discourse of the language for special purposes such as protocols of operations, methods of examination, excerpts from the history of diseases, recommendations for further rehabilitation of patients is the scientific novelty of the work. The established principles of normalization and standardization of professional vocabulary promote the inter-linguistic unification of terminological units that have a logical verbal completion. Summarizing all the above, it can be concluded that the problem of normalization and standardization of terminological vocabulary, which is constantly updated, is enriched with new concepts that require a clear nomination to ensure correct foreign-language professional communication. Therefore, regarding further prospects of studying this problem, we consider it advisable to continue creating a methodological model for training future specialists in foreign-language communication in class.
