Abstract
Enabling is a process through which the knowledge of women increases compared to the internal power and efficiency on the society and they would be able to make their own objectives. The aim of the present research is to study the effective factors on enabling women. The theoretical base of the present study is the women enabling theory which is one of the feministic theories and due to weakness of these theories the literature based on religious thought is reviewed. This research is a survey about 100 women, 20 to 50 years old, who lived in district 4 th of Qom, the factors such as improving educational level, removing discrimination from business market, access to financial sources, improving health factors, having the possession and removing traditional thought are considered as effective in enabling women. In next sections, first we dealt with the theories of enabling a then the hypotheses and opinions of the experts and scholars and also the strategies used in this field are presented and finally the methodology and research questions are discussed and concluded.
