Abstract
Work-family conflict is an imbalance between work roles and family roles that can result in conflict, so that individuals have difficulty in dividing work role participation and family roles. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work-family conflict management on the level of employee commitment in the company's organization. The subjects of this study consisted of female employees of PT Mahakarya Inti Busana who were married and were permanent employees in the company's organization. The number of respondents in this study were 125 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling method and through Prerequisite Analysis Test (Assumption Test). This study shows that there is a negative relationship between work-family conflict and organizational commitment.
