Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between psychiatric factors and sernm microelements.Method Divided 126 children that age 0.5-13 into psychiatric group which had 80cases and normal control group which had 46cases.Used atomic absorption method to test the Zn,Ca,Fe,Pn blood level of all children.Results The zinc deficiency is 71.25%in psychoatric group;and the normal control group is 64%(P<0.05). The calcium deficiency is 70%in psychiatric group;and the control group is 46.5%(P<0.05). The iron deficiency is 18.75%in psychiatric group;and the control group is 15.3%(P<0.05).The high levels of blood lead is 50%in psychiatric group;and the control group is 32.6%(P<0.05). Conclusion These data suggest that there is a relationship between serum microelements and psychiatric factors. Key words: Microelement; Child; Neurotic element
