Abstract
Based on the key technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery, this paper develops a water resource optimization configuration system. The system integrates the functions of sub-area division, forecast of annual water demand at the planning level, forecast of annual water supply at the planning level, analysis of supply and demand balance, and optimal allocation of water resources, which solves the problem of optimal allocation of multiple water sources, multiple users, multiple objectives and multiple variables under the constraint of three red lines. Taking Liuzhou city as a demonstration area, aiming at the problems of uneven spatial and temporal distribution of regional water resources, insufficient runoff control capacity, the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resource, this paper uses the data of Liuzhou city for testing. The results show that the error is small compared with the 2020 and 2030 plans of Liuzhou city, which indicates that the system can provide a decision basis for multi-objective regulation of water resources in the basin area.
