Abstract
National Institute of Metrology China (NIM) has studied and developed the facilities for spectral total radiant flux (STRF) measurement and provides related calibration services. The array-based goniospectroradiometers and an integrating sphere system have been setup. The former is used to realize the scale of the STRF, and the latter is used to implement everyday calibration service due to its fast speed. The STRF standard lamps are also developed. For the goniospectroradiometer, the measurement result has an uncertainty of 1.8% ∼ 3.6% (k=2) within the spectral range of 380 nm to 780 nm. For the integrating sphere system, the measurement result has an uncertainty of 2.0% ∼ 3.8% (k=2) within the spectral range of 380 nm to 780 nm.
