Abstract

Chinese listed ceramic companies grow slowly these years. They cannot compete with world-famous companies in the international market. Using SWOT method for analysis, we see the opportunity of the industry lies in the huge inner and outer market space. While the main weakness points are short of innovation and technical personnel. The threats are the changed market conditions and the strength lies in the production capacity. In the end, we put forward two suggestion, they are setting up holistic ceramic industry and stimulating inner and outer sales through detailed market segments.
