Abstract
There are often articles on the subject of astronomy our periodical literature. This is completely natural for a country that is advance of others the mastery of the cosmos. And if we are all delighted with the flights of our cosmonauts, who have flown around the earth many dozens of times on trajectories in all only 500 km. distant from the earth's surface, then one can imagine with what feeling we will greet (and, one must suppose, the near future) those who will be first on the moon, who will be the organizers of the first lunar scientific observatory and will lift the veil of secrecy from the origin of lunar topography.
