Abstract
Objective To explore the prognostic significance of blood Lactic acid and serum creatinine in serum creatinine levels and blood lactic acid on Predicting patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Serum creatinine and blood lactic acid was tested on the first day,and average blood lactic acid and creatinine levels in 61 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to the ICU which were divided into survival group(n=39) and death group(n=22).according to prognosis.serum creatinine,blood lactic acid,APACHE scores were compared between two groups.Results Compared with survival group,serum creatinine levels and blood lactic acid were higher in death group(P<0.05),the average levels were slso higher in Icu hospitalization(P<0.01),blood lactic acid and serum creatinine were highly correlated to APACHE Ⅱ scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum creatinine levels and blood lactic acid Can predichhe nroanosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis Key words: Severe Acute Pancreatitis; Blood lactic acid; Serum creatinine
