The findings analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling). Data analysis showed that the mental health and emotional intelligence could predict extroversion and neuroticism. This research predicted the positive direction for extroversion and the negative direction for neuroticism. The results indicate that there is a positive correlation between mental health and extroversion, emotional intelligence and extroversion as well as mental health and emotional intelligence.
