Summary

INTRODUCTION

The labour market – as any other market – changes in time with new developments taking place in its economic, social, political, legal and institutional settings. Researchers have in recent years brought attention to its growing polarization, leading to the emergence of a social group called „the precariat” 1 within the labour force.
