Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the practicing degree of preparatory school principals in the North District within the Green Line of human relations skills and its relationship to empowering teachers from their point of view. The study used the descriptive correlational methodology; the questionnaires were used as tools of the study after verifying their validity and reliability. The study sample consisted of (387) teachers, who were chosen by the simple random method. The results showed that the degree of principals practicing human relations skills is high; the level of teacher empowerment is medium. The results also showed a correlation between the degree of practicing human relations skills and the level of teachers' empowerment. The study recommended enhancing principals' practice of human relations skills, and giving teachers greater opportunities in formulating school decisions, considering their interests, and solving their work issues.
