Abstract
The Soviet school has always implemented the policy of the Communist Party and the government and, in all stages of socialist construction, played a major part in the communist upbringing of youth. For this reason, the party has devoted much attention to the school and, in particular, to the practical relevance of the school based on particular features in the historical development of each stage of our society.
