Abstract
Mr. Heath was Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1970 until 1974. While he is a member of Britains' Conservative Party and he is a member of its liberal wing. He is an avid yachtsman who's won several blue water trophies. He has been a member of the Brandt Commission (see box) since its inception. Besides his political life, Mr. Heath is a fine musician of professional standing.
