Abstract
目的 探讨皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复的术前和术后护理.方法对30例行皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复的病人进行周到的术前准备,术后密切观察皮瓣血运情况,严防出现血管痉挛,保持皮瓣血运通畅,同时给予有效的健康指导.结果 30例病人皮瓣均成活良好,伤口甲级愈合.结论术前充分的准备,术后正确的观察,精心的护理是手术成功的关键之一。
