Abstract
Objective To study the the effect and nursing of PICC in combination with chemotherapy pump to reduce phlebitis caused by 5 - Fu.Methods A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into observation groups and control groups.Fifty cases in the observation group were treated with PICC in combination with chemotherapy pump; and there were 100 patients in control groups,into whose veins chemotherapy drugs were directly diluted.And the incidence of phlebitis was observed and recorded.Results The probability of phlebitis in observation group was much lower than that of the control group.Conclusions PICC in combination with chemotherapy pump can reduce the 5 - Fu induced phlebitis.
