Abstract
目的 探讨儿童脑室周围白质软化症(PVL)的MRI特征.方法 对39例PVL的临床资料进行回顾分析.结果 39例PVL的MRI表现:(1)脑白质减少:单纯在三角区12例,三角区和半卵圆中心7例.(2)病灶形态:斑片状20例,斑点状13例,条纹状6例.(3)病灶信号:呈长T1或等T1、长T2变化.(4)脑室扩大:侧脑室体部31例,三角部扩大8例.(5)脑室形态不规则11例.(6)其他:外侧裂加深加宽4例,胼胝体发育不良2例.结论 MRI是早期诊断PVL的方法 ,可清楚显示PVL的病变程度与范围。
