Abstract

The congenital dyserythropoietic anemias comprise a group of very rare hereditary disorders characterized by ineffective erythropoiesis and by distinct morphological abnormalities of the erythroblasts in the bone marrow. The classification proposed in 1968[1][1] is still used today.[2][2], [3][3]
