Abstract

Aiming at the selection of knowledge meshes in the self-reconfiguration of knowledgeable manufacturing system, the method of fuzzy classification and searching for knowledge meshes based on information granular is proposed. Firstly, the matching degree, perfect degree and complexity coefficient between knowledge meshes are defined considering three aspects of quality, quantity and complexity. The similarity function is further defined and some conclusions about it are proved. Then, the knowledge meshes in the knowledge mesh database are analyzed by fuzzy clustering. The center of clustering and numbers of categories are ascertained. And search space is determined by centering on the clustering center. It is thus realized that the problem is converted from fine-grained space to coarse-grained space. Finally, the example shows that the method is effective.
