Abstract

The article is devoted to the mechanism for implementing the code of corporate ethics in the activities of corporations. The author examines government regulation in the economic sphere and relationships with corporations, as well as the role of corporations in alliance with the state and the protection of moral and legal norms. The article provides a definition of implementation and discusses its importance for the introduction of new strategies and technologies into the activities of corporations. The author also analyses the content of the code of corporate ethics and its role in the formation of corporate identity and increasing the efficiency of the corporation. In conclusion, the author emphasises the importance of proper implementation of the code of ethics for the formation of corporate culture and moral climate in the company.
