Abstract
The article deals with the basic causes of the electrical loads maldistribution in three-phase networks, supply of single-phase consumers. It determines the possible consequences in the form of demand dis-function in phases increasing the risk of damage, outages, failures, intermittent operation for power consumers reducing the reliability of single-phase consumers and an increase in wastes. It also analyzes basic ways to annealing the demand. It shows timeliness and necessity of engineering device dynamically capability energy between the individual phases of the three-phase network. It proposes the model and describes the operation of the device that effectively distributes and records electric energy. It considers the operation algorithm. The device provides a load leveling for the transmission phases within a transformer. The article shows the ways to achieve the required level of reliability of electrical networks and electric energy quality. It attests to the practical significance and efficiency of this device. The construction will ensure stable, reliable and long-lasting operation of the transformer and the supply of electricity consumers with predetermined standard values.
