Abstract

This research aims to study the meanings of the unilateral prepositions - in the poetry collection of Al Sayid Haidar Al-Hilli - and their effect on poetic compositions in his poetry, and it includes five letters, which are (B, L, w, al qsam, T, and K). It was found through this study that the poet employed these The letters are properly identical to what is mentioned in the sources of grammar and letters of meanings, and expresses the connotations that they seek.The research included an introduction to the poet Al Saiyid Haider Al-Hilli's life , the definition of the letters of meanings, and an applied study of the unary prepositions in his office, and then a conclusion that includes the most important research results, and a list of sources and references.
