Abstract

The problem of the assessment of reliability characteristics is considered on the basis of the results of accelerated tests under a variable monotonically increasing load. A series of lower-bound estimates of the reliability function have been obtained for parametric and nonparametric models under the assumption that under constant loads the distribution of the failure-free time of a system “ages” with a monotonically increasing failure rate function.
