Abstract

In evaluating the condition of public and official life in our country, an analysis not only of the sociopolitical and economic but also of the legal situation is of no small significance. This is especially important in light of the adoption of a new constitution, which is expected to lay the groundwork for the country's state and legal system and define the prospects for the development of law over a relatively long period of time.
